Terms of Service — PDFBlast

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PDFBlast ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

PDFBlast provides online PDF processing tools including but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, protecting, watermarking, and AI-powered analysis of PDF documents. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

Only process files that you own or have explicit legal right to process
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
Not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
Not attempt to remove password protection from PDFs you do not own or have authorization to unlock
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you process through PDFBlast. By using the Service, you grant PDFBlast a limited, temporary license solely to process your files for the purpose of providing the requested tool functionality. We claim no ownership over your documents.

The PDFBlast platform, branding, code, and interface are owned by PDFBlast and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused periods. Free trials convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

6. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan is subject to usage limits including file size restrictions and daily tool use limits. We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDFBLAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from browser crashes, network interruptions, or user error. We strongly recommend keeping backups of all important documents before processing.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PDFBlast to process files containing:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors in a sexual context
Content designed to facilitate violence or terrorism
Malware, viruses, or malicious code

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
